Refund Policy

We do not issue any refunds for any purchase, but we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt. Once I receive the returned item in satisfactory condition, you will be issued a store credit or store gift card.

Each item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer (no refund will be issued for shipping). You must email Penny@PennysPorch.com for the address to return your item(s).

Do not return items to any distributor/manufacturer with the exception of Magnolia Design Co. Items purchased from my Magnolia Design Co website must be returned to Magnolia Design Co. Their contact email is: Support@MagnoliaDesignCo.com.

All sales are final for digital designs as it is an item you download and cannot return. 

Any custom item purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Any item purchased at a discounted price greater than 15% is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Please include your packing slip with your return and circle the item you are returning. If a packing slip was not included, please make a note of your order number on your return.

Please allow 4-5 business days to process your return once it is received at our store. Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
